The cost of supplying nbn® services has increased, including wholesale network access. To keep delivering reliable service and great value, prices on some plans are going up. We know changes like this aren’t ideal, and this decision hasn’t been made lightly.
Pricing Changes
From 1 July 2026, we’re updating our internet plan pricing, as outlined below. Your new price will show on your first invoice after 1 July 2026

What happens next?
For all existing customers impacted by price increases, we’ll provide at least 30 days' written notice.
Existing customers don’t need to do anything, and the pricing changes will be reflected on the first invoice after 1 July 2026.
I’ve recently joined iPrimus – what does this mean for me?
Any customer connecting to a iPrimus internet service between 30 May 2026 and 30 June 2026 who has a plan that increases in price will receive a credit equal to the price increase for their plan on the first invoice they receive after 1 July.
What about discounts or add-ons?
Any current discounts - including bundle or promotional offers - will stay active after this change.
Will other providers increase their prices?
It is likely other providers will increase their prices.
Why are you changing my plan speed?
From time to time, we review your usage and may recommend moving you to another plan with a different plan speed that better suits your need. But don’t worry, we’ll always let you know before making any changes. And please note - after the change, you’re free to switch plans again whenever you like if you find the plan isn’t meeting your needs.
What are the plan speeds?

Typical evening speed (7pm-11pm). Speed may vary due to various factors. Speeds for Fibre to the Node (FTTN) and Fibre to the Curb (FTTC) customers will be confirmed once connected. Fixed Wireless speeds are slower than fixed connections.
Is it possible to change plans?
Our plans are month-to-month with no exit fees, so you‘re free to choose a different plan at any time. You can check out all our plans and/or make a change in My Account or Toolbox
If I change my plan, when will it take effect?
For speed downgrades, it’ll happen on the next invoice date. For plan upgrades, it’ll happen soon after the plan change is requested.
Can plans be changed again later?
Yes, we allow one plan change per month through My Account or Toolbox so that you can find the right plan for your household.
